Avbstamps has served philatelists for over 40 years. Victor was a collector before he became a dealer, and philately has given him great pleasure over the years. The focus of his hobby was Nassau Street in Manhattan, and he enjoyed visiting the many stamp stores on his Saturday philatelic strolls.

In 1962, Victor became a dealer. Since then, he has been one of the most reliable philatelic dealers in the U.S. Victor is a past member of the Stamp Dealer Association (ASDA) and International Stamp Dealer Association (ISDA). He is a current member in good standing of the American Philatelic Society (APS), Bureau Issues Association (BIA), and the Precancels Society (PSS). Avbstamps specializes in US Stamps from 1930 to today.
